An exciting partnership between the London Borough of Hillingdon and Paradigm Housing Group, providing much-needed affordable housing in Hayes.

Sounds normal? Far from it! Birchway is Hillingdon’s greenest-ever community where the new homes and its residents are leading lives that have a minimal impact on the environment.
