A new green community

Birchway's Eco-Community is not just about environmentally green buildings. The occupants could, in theory, lead lives that cost the environment dearly. With the investment made already to make each of the five buildings near carbon neutral, we are working with Birchway's new residents to help them adapt the way they live - more energy-efficient and less costly to their pockets.
