Welcome to Paradigm

Paradigm Housing Group was established in April 1999 and provides a wide range of housing and support services throughout the South, East Midlands and West London. The Group includes Chiltern Hundreds Charitable Housing Association and Paradigm Homes, our commercial arm.

The Group has a turnover of £69 million (2008/09) with total assets of approximately £745 million (2008/09).

We operate across four Homes & Communities Agency (HCA) investment regions: South, East, London and East Midlands. We have gained four green lights from the HCA together with Preferred Development Partner status under the National Affordable Housing Programme.

Our 250 staff currently own and manage over 11,800 homes and having received a 2008/09 allocation grant of £35m under the National Affordable Housing Programme, we aim to build and acquire a further 1,800 affordable, well designed, good quality homes for rent and sale over the next two years.

Paradigm is more than just a housing provider, it provides a range of care and support services to just under 25,000 people. Paradigm's stock portfolio contains a diverse mix of tenures including; affordable rent, shared ownership, key worker housing, foyer accommodation, supported housing, private sale and private rental.

Chiltern Hundreds Housing was awarded 'Customer Service Excellence' status in 2005 (previously known as 'CharterMark') which, as the name suggests, acknowledges our excellence in customer service.

The Paradigm Group has attained Client Charter Status and accreditation from Investors in People.
