Award-winning Birchway!

Birchway has picked up 'Best off-site housing development in the UK' at the Offsite Construction Magazine Awards held at the NEC, Birmingham. Andrew Main, Executive Director of Business Development at Paradigm and Project Manager Rebecca Clarke were presented with the award in recognition of the many innovations employed during the construction process.

Receiving the award, Andrew Main commented: "We are absolutely thrilled to win - Birchway has been one of our most challenging development projects to date. We have pushed the boundaries across the complete scope of design and construction to deliver quality social housing in record time. Off-site construction has proven to be a system of building that we will be using more and more of in the coming years. My thanks and recognition also go to Futureform Ltd who manufactured the modules at their impressive facility in Northampton."
